I was unsuccessful in receiving response from professionals outside of the U.S., however I sent e-mails to several places. I sent e-mails to Australia, France, Germany, Japan and South Korea, because all of these places I have relatives there or they have visit these places through the Military. I look forward to learning more about there educational policy.
